Without support, long-term drug and alcohol recovery is often very difficult. This is where we excel: Every client who completes drug rehab treatment at Azure Acres Recovery Center receives lifetime aftercare.

Prior to discharging from Azure Acres, our clinical staff designs an individualized aftercare plan with you and your family that takes into account your school, work and/or home life. In addition to a strong relapse prevention plan, continuing care support may include referrals to therapists, outpatient programs, sober living environments and extended care programs, depending on your needs.

Our aftercare program includes:

• Weekly aftercare process group facilitated by an Azure Acres counselor
• Weekly alumni meetings and monthly alumni dinners
• Relapse prevention planning
• Referrals to an extensive network of support service

We welcome you to share your experiences, strength and hope at aftercare meetings and alumni events to reinforce your ongoing recovery efforts.
